To qualify as an Authorized RT Installer - a contractor must:

Pass the in-depth Authorized RT Installer written exam with a grade of 90% or higher.
Be fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Successfully build a water garden pond, a Hybrid water garden pond, a Koi pond, a Hybrid Pond™, a CrossOver™ pond, a pondless waterfall, and a pondless rock column feature.
Submit the names of each of the owners of the above pond and water feature installations for interviews.
The customers must give good reviews of your customer service, professionalism, cleanliness of the work site, courtesy, and the quality of your workmanship.
There is no charge or fee to become an Authorized RT Installer - only experience, cross-training, a commitment to exceptional customer service, professionalism, and knowledge.
